This is intended to facilitate discussion of weather related matters, particularly the areas of the Eastern Caribbean and the Tropical Atlantic, but there will be related discussion regarding weather systems outside of the main area that impact on it or are of interest to some of us.

I intend to be very liberal and tolerant with the comments made here, but certain standards will be kept or else you and/or your comments may be censored, however you have a recourse to appeal which will always be open. I have been on the adverse receiving end of blog administrators that think they are gods in the guise of freedom of speach/comment bloggers - :crazy:. So I am promising free reign but keep it decent, please.

hey brohav weather station....Ade is the name...16years of age..son of Keith Alleyne 8P6BD.....i am tooo also weather station....in Rendezvous Christ Church...i receive the POES satellites using an old weatherfax program QFAX...i would like to get in touch with u.....my email is adepilot@hotmail.com....look forward from hearing from u.....BROHAV ROCKS!!!

Hey Ade, thanks for the cudos. Actually I lived in Amity Lodge (South) for 11 years - 1995 to 2006 - before moving back down to Rockley where I grew up.

Trying to figure out where you may be situated as I always noticed antennas when strolling around the neighbourhood.

I started off with POES APT and still have it setup but I believe my turnstill antenna on the roof need urgent attention but my roof is nearly 20 feet high - not somewhere that you go to often. In Amity Lodge I had it on the back wall which was right by the swamp, so I may have to reconsider its positioning for maintainence, etc.
